From the Tools page within the portal, you can download our all-in-one Ticket Edge Chrome Extension and find your unique license key as well. These extensions can be used on Chrome or Brave (any browser built on Chromium). Unlike other groups, we do not limit your daily usage for these extensions.
Each subscription comes with a different set of tools for ticket resellers of all inventory sizes:
- The Basic package is for those just starting out who are ~$50,000 in annual sales and just getting their feet wet
- The Pro package is our most popular package with a great value that provides experienced brokers with the tools they need. With increased daily limits for the All-In-One Chrome Extension, increased event limits for the TicketEdge Alerts, TicketEdge Event Tracker, and TicketEdge Price Tracker, this package provides great value for the experienced broker.
- The Expert package includes all features with the highest tiers possible. This is for businesses that want to scale into the next level. All TicketEdge features are available here with the highest limits possible.
In addition to the tools above, we are constantly developing new software and ways to provide value to our members. We also take feature requests - if it makes sense, we will add it in.

Payment information or your membership subscription can be updated/adjusted in your Whop account that was created during signup and from the payment portal link in the Account page. You will be redirected to www.whop.com where you will need to sign in to access all of your payment information. Login credentials here were made initially when you first . signed up and are different from your Ticket Edge portal credentials.
